Our Testing, Analysis, and Technical Reporting services enhance product and process reliability through experiments and investigations in the fields of mechanical, bioengineering, metallurgical, and materials engineering. Within the scope of our collaborations, we conduct in-depth evaluations of material microstructure and performance using comprehensive methods such as metallography, mechanical property testing, SEM-EDS, and failure analysis, and transform the findings into technical reports supported by clear and actionable recommendations. We support data-driven decision-making across all stages from production to design and provide improvement suggestions for manufacturing processes.

Within this scope, our services cover a wide range of analyses, from surface and cross-sectional examinations to fracture origin analysis, hardness and strength tests, microhardness measurements, and weld zone evaluations. Chemical characterization is performed using SEM-EDS, microstructure inventories are created through XRD or SEM-based phase analysis, and surface and coating analyses are reported in detail. By interpreting analysis results through qualitative and quantitative evaluation reports, we offer concrete recommendations for compliance, reliability, and product performance, and transparently communicate project updates with both Turkish and English reporting options.
