Our computational materials engineering (CME)-based approach offers advanced solutions that integrate metal forming and heat treatment processes from design to mass production in the automotive and aerospace industries. Our extensive material portfolio, covering iron-steel and aluminum alloys as well as copper and its alloys, combines finite element analysis (FEA), production simulations, microstructure-performance correlations, and AI-supported optimizations.
By pre-designing critical processes such as cold and hot forming, forging, rolling, extrusion, casting, surface treatments, and pre/post heat treatments, we create a numerical model of production and develop solutions. This allows us to save costs and time while increasing production flexibility and product reliability. By establishing a continuous feedback mechanism through experimental validation and digital twins, we clearly define the process improvement roadmap and aim for sustainable value creation.
